POWER SUPPLY Camarines Norte Electric Cooperative with office located at Barangay I, Daet supplies the electric power needs of the municipality. All the 25 barangays of the municipality is served and completely energized.
WATER SUPPLY Generally, water needs of the municipality are served by Camarines Norte Water District a Level III water system or a piped water line. In some rural barangays like Bibirao, Calasgasan & Dogongan, households get water from open well or shallow wells using jetmatic pumps. From the 2005 CBMS Survey, 16,391 or 88.08% of the total household of 18,609 have access to safe drinking water. CBMS Bibirao recorded a 98.41% or 247 of the total household of 251, Calasgasan got 94.40% or 489 from the total household count of 518 and Dogongan has 44.44% or 212 out of 477 households
