Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last 2 years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening a well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fall” criteria.  Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

 

All particulars relative to the eligibility Statement and screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post  Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).

Bid Documents will be available at the Office of the Bids and Awards Committee only to prospective bidders upon payment of non refundable amount equivalent to 1% of the Approved Budget for the Contract to the Municipal Treasury Office, Daet, Camarines Norte.

 

              Bids must be accompanied with a bidders bond in cash equivalent to 1% of the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) or surety bond or certified check equivalent to 5% of the ABC.

 

               Submission of the Bid proposals shall be received at the BAC Office not later than twelve o’clock (12:00) in the afternoon and publicly open at two o’clock in the afternoon of the same date.

 

               The Municipal Government of Daet, assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.
